I bawled my eyes out last night. No, I didn’t receive any bad news and no, it’s not because I’m homesick (okay, I am homesick but that’s not why I was bawling), and no I wasn’t having a PMS moment, though those have happened before; come on… I am a girl! I was bawling because I read Linda’s blog http://heartforcambodia.blogspot.com.  She arrived in Cambodia on Tuesday and one of the first things she got to do was visit a group of young girls at a school. A few of them spoke English well enough to carry on a conversation and the first thing they wanted to know was if Linda was a Christian. They were so excited when she told them she was that they wanted to sing a song for her and they sang “Jesus Loves Me”! I’m bawling again. The thought of hearing the Name that is above every name being sung by those beautiful children moves me in a way I could never express with words. Our God is awesome! And He is at work everywhere! The message of the gospel will never be squelched; it will permeate even the furthest corners of this dark world and the name of Jesus will be sung by children in this generation and by all generations yet to be born. There is none like our God!
